Workshop at ANGIE STARDUST FOYER (HKW)
Booty Therapy, a concept created by Maïmouna Coulibaly, is a practice that combines sport, dance and personal development. It advocates accepting oneself as one is, accepting one’s physical appearance, accepting one’s history, apprehending one’s emotions and releasing them in a healthy and safe space, surrounded by caring people. Building on this, people can release their emotions and heal some of their traumas and trials through collective exercises.
This concept is for all buttocks: small, medium, large, flat, rounded... it is a way of asserting your femininity! Through the Afro-Urban dances Coupé Décalé, Ragga Dancehall, N’Dombolo, Kuduro, Soca, Baile Funk... Funk. Booty Therapy helps shake off worries and rekindle your power to live.
