The Journal of Aesthetics & Protest is a weirdo archive, a publishing house and journal, established in 2000 in Los Angeles. We are currently based between Germany, Italy and the United States. We publish social-movement adjacent books and projects. We are also interested in the possibilities of critically creative capacities of human social practices, expressed through ideas and practices that don't make institutional sense.
