Meta radio is a collective improvisation performance that explores the borders of radio communication, broadcasting and radio jamming. You'll hear noises, electronics, juxtapositions, spoken word, and nonsense.

Based in Mexico city, since 2017 Meta-Radio is a practical research project on the potential of radio separated from its communicative function for which it served during the 20th century. Meta-radio is based on the premise that radio is dead. If we look at it in terms of communication and entertainment, radio has been surpassed by the internet. Therefore, continuing to make radio in the same way as it was done before the internet age is obsolete and futile. But that doesn't mean that radio can't be done in other ways.
