A workshop for children by iwalewabooks around the children’s book “The Okra Chief”.
“The Okra Chief” is a book about the adventures of the twins Maryam and Adnan from Tingel/Chad, but it is more than just a children’s book. The book is a joint work of children from Germany and Chad. We will read the book together in German and English, and we will create artworks together, because okra not only tastes great, it’s also really great for making art!
