Stockmans Art Books and HOPPERandFUCHS are powered by publisher Bruno Devos. Both publishing houses mainly orientate themselves around Belgium but also globally. Combined, HOPPERandFUCHS and Stockmans Art Books achieve a portfolio that presents a handful of the most influential and important Belgian artists today such as: Dirk Braeckman, Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven, Nico Dockx, Guillaume Bijl and Joëlle Tuerlinckx as well as international artists such as Ren Hang (CH), Lin Zhipeng, aka 223 (CH), Daniele Puppi (IT) and Yolanda Y. Liou (Taiwan-born), plus emerging artists and photographers. All books are printed in-house under Bruno's knowledge on printing.

The pinnacle principle of Bruno Devos’ curating is to create a safe space for books to serve as a tool for artists to engage their work with the public. This grounds in on the totality of the book: to enable an idea to be accessible to the world, a fellowship between author and public.

Ouragan Opera is a 1100 pages prospective catalog about Nico Dockx’s ‘living archive’ from the period 1999-2019, as a blueprint for a possible future vision of an artistic practice.

Ouragan Opera is a 3kg book, printed in pms 199, pms 2035, process blue and black plus CMY with some pages layered with phosphor ink with a glow-in-the-dark effect. Printed on Munken Polar 80gsm/300gsm, Ouragan Opera has a spine that is 5.7 CM thick and measures 26 x 25.8 CM.
