we make it is a Risograph and graphics studio, as well as an independent self-publisher, based in Berlin.
Since 2012, we have been connecting all aspects of the independent self-publishing process — offering our knowledge, networks, and experience to support others in collaboratively bringing their publications and Riso-printed projects to life.
As a space, we make it confronts us with the roots of self-publishing: the drive for self-expression, visibility, accessibility, and the democratization of art, politics, and information. It also addresses the necessity of shared machines and tools as well as collaborative processes.

The work features contributions by Ahmet Öğüt and Jamila Barakat, broadening the dialogue around education, memory, and the power of the collective.
