adocs Publishing

adocs is an independent publishing project in Hamburg. Since 2011 we have been publishing in the fields of architecture, urbanism and design theory, visual culture and sound, artistic research and literature. The basis of our publishing activities is a productive mixture of research, networking, publication and mediation. The publications negotiate experimental forms of design, conceptual positioning and practices of everyday use. The spectrum of working methods can be described as documentary, subjective, theory-building, analytical and narrative. The development and form of the publication projects is the result of committed collaboration between the publisher and the authors.
