Adverse

In 2016, Adverse begins to publish comics with the ambition to transcend the usual settings of this artistic discipline. Following the inspiration of marginal artists from the experimental zines as much as patrimonial archives from the 20th century avant-gardes, Adverse elaborates his publishing catalogue as define in real alternative methods, paying mostly attention to experimentations. Far away from the expectations of the global market, Adverse truly cares about artistic practice in the most extended way and uses the DIY procedures to manage an intense production (almost 60 books in 8 years), sometimes closer to artist books than classical comic books' forms.
