bodiless editions – Miss Read

bodiless editions

bodiless editions is a publishing house run by a collective of designers/publishers/bookmakers, focusing on speculative narratives, realist poetry, queer and non-conforming perspectives, visual culture, and the relationship between human and nonhuman multiplicities. To edit a sequence of pages means to exert control over history. bodiless editions stresses the importance of flows over the abstract idea of processes and products. Making books then becomes a design method, a non-moral attitude towards research and life. Book-forms are a way to think; a strategic approach to infiltrate discourses on knowledge production and its circulation into the context of culture at large.
