People are born storytellers. At bog bodies press, we believe that stories are drivers of change that belong to people, not to literary institutions. Because of the limits they put on literature, traditional publishing misses out on so many vibrant, moving, brilliant stories – we’re committed to building platforms that amplify and share them amongst community, both on and off the page.

In our publishing practice, we approach storytelling with open arms – we work with transcribed audio, translation and writing in all of its forms. Our publications don’t pretend to be all-knowing, but instead present stories in engaging, unpretentious ways.
