By Black Sheep

By Black Sheep began the artist alias of Kailey Chin, a multihyphenate Queer Jamaican creative. Under this alias, they would release art books and related projects. The alias has since begun an evolution towards becoming a small press to sustain creative growth through the accessibility of art books and zines. By Black Sheep produces and releases work dissecting themes of growing up, love, transformation, and transitions using a variety of mediums including art books, film photography, fragrance, and design. Since its inception in 2022, By Black Sheep has produced and distributed 5 art books available online and in storefronts.
