Cultural Traffic is an independent publisher dedicated to amplifying voices in underground art, counterculture, and experimental publishing. Founded by Toby Mott, it operates as part of the Cultural Traffic Arts Project, a global platform uniting artists, writers, and dealers of rare books and ephemera. Through limited-edition publications, zines, and collaborative projects, Cultural Traffic preserves and celebrates radical print culture, fostering dialogue and creative exchange across diverse communities.
