Dutch Independent Art Book Publishers (DIABP)

DIABP is a collective of small independent Dutch publishers specialized in art, photography and artist books. We are artists and photographers who publish books independently. We focus on strong concepts, great design, high-quality printing and binding. The collective was founded in Amsterdam in 2016.

We collaborate to be on artist book fairs, to share costs and energy. For us, it's really important to represent our own work, to make contact with visitors and inform them about our projects. We want to share our passion for books.

DIABP is: BASBOEK Publishers, Sanne van den Elzen, Jordskred, Jan Dirk van der Burg, Sequence Publishers, Annegien van Doorn and Dark Editions. In 2022 we started with a newbe: for one full year, we will promote an upcoming artist/photographer who has just started to publish. For 2025 we have two newbe’s: Sophia J. Xu and Xandrine Koller.
