Ediciones Caradura – Miss Read

Ediciones Caradura

Ediciones Caradura is an independent publishing/artistic collective from Tijuana, Mexico. We manage a cultural space that functions as a bookstore, library, studio, riso studio, and gallery. Our goal is to produce free and critical content through self-management as a collective form of collaboration.

We have published artistical/philosophical/political zines, a year ago we got a RISO and started printing with this technique, we have also published some artists books and photo books. Our publications reflects a lot about or cultural context, we are from a border city in the northern part of México and sometimes we face cultural centralization in our own country, we have started work relations with Southern California publishing projects and art collectives.
