HOPPER&FUCHS is powered by publisher Bruno Devos. The HOPPER&FUCHS art book archive has a portfolio that presents a handful of the most influential and important Belgian artists today such as: Dirk Braeckman, Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven, Nico Dockx, Guillaume Bijl and Joëlle Tuerlinckx as well as international artists such as Ren Hang (CH), Daniele Puppi (IT) and Yolanda Y. Liou (Taiwan-born), plus emerging artists and photographers. All books are printed in-house under Bruno's knowledge of printing.

The pinnacle principle of Bruno Devos’ curating is to create a safe space for books to serve as a tool for artists to engage their work with the public. This grounds in on the totality of the book: to enable an idea to be accessible to the world, a fellowship between the author and public

ECHTZEIT by Dirk Braeckman, published by HOPPER&FUCHS.

ECHTZEIT is made in collaboration with Dirk Braeckman and FOMU (Photography Museum of Antwerp) in line with his impacting solo show with the Collections department. ECHTZEIT offers a unique glimpse into Dirk Braeckman's most recent photographs, accompanied with the museum's collection and texts written by Clément Chéroux, director of the Foundation Henri Cartier-Bresson and Tamara Berghmans, curator of the exhibition.

This artist's book, a catalogue of a museum without walls, reads like an account of a work under construction in response to a commission in a former coalfield. Joëlle Tuerlinckx guides us through the studio’s archives, and through the development of a thought process and culminates in the inventory of the M.M. collection (‘Musée de la Mémoire’ or ‘Museum of Memory’).

Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven presents her artist book ’33 Women’s Series’, brought together in two volumes. This comprehensive 754-page publication contains personal texts, unpublished archival material, reflections on her work, and 33 artistic outliers by the artist. Only 250 signed copies of the Dutch-language version are for sale.
