Hurricanes mission is to promote and publish extraordinary, odd, small and exclusive books on art and Danish poetry. Our main focus is artistbooks. Hurricane publishing has been run by artist since 1994.

We always print in the best possible environmentally, fair trade and Ecologically friendly way. And every time we print a new book we give the autor a tree to plant at our location.

The danish artist Julie Sass’s new book is exploring the border between visual art and literature. Her paintings with danish tekst has a translation in to English in the book. For the book launch in New York she made a really good reading from the book.
