Established in 2013, Saint Lydia is the art zine publishing practice of Vermont, USA-based Alison Baitz, investigating the strangeness of our shared reality through (among other things) floral photography, found poetry, and public domain imagery.

An entry in my ongoing survey of irresistible overheard phrases. Poetics is a kind of found poetry zine — I gather phrases and sentences that I find pleasing or absurd and use goofy typefaces and layout to highlight their absurdity. This edition was strictly focused on language used to sell things.
