Cancellation Policy for exhibitor tables at Miss Read: The Berlin Art Book Fair & Festival 2025

  1. Price and Conditions of Payment

Exhibitor agrees to pay Miss Read in full for the table or tables requested by the Exhibitor in the online application at the applicable price and in accordance with the following terms and conditions: Payments are non-transferable unless Miss Read otherwise agrees at its discretion in writing. Any Exhibitor whose table has not been paid in full by May 16, 2025 endangers their right to exhibit. In such an event, Miss Read may reallocate the space and retain payment made without further liability or obligation to the Exhibitor.

  1. Fair Cancellation and Exhibitor Withdrawal

a) Any Exhibitor who withdraws or cancels their participation after May 16, 2025 will remain obligated to pay the full amount of the table fee.

b) Cancellation of participation with full refund will be accepted until May 16, 2025.

c) Any Exhibitor who fails to occupy their table at the time of the Opening of the Fair will forfeit their right to participate and Miss Read may use the space for other purposes. In such event the Exhibitor shall remain liable for the full amount of the table fee.
