Highchair Editions
Founded in 2011 Highchair Editions is the photographic self publishing platform of James and Edward Newton. Producing tactile artist editions, the emphasis is on simplicity and clarity of idea and design, all made with the care and attention that comes with a true independent DIY spirit.
James & Edward collaborate at all stages of the process from edit to design, material selection, printing method and construction. As far as possible the publications are made in house, where printing is outsourced we use a small number of trusted UK based printers. We exhibit and sell personally at book fairs and online.
